Throughout November, Casa Vitier García Marruz in Old Havana hosts concerts, workshops, talks and guided walks. The month includes the XII Sacred Music Week, with harpsichord and composition workshops, plus performances by the chamber orchestra Cuerdas Profundas, bassist David Faya, the saxophone quartet Z-Saxos and the guitar ensemble Nova Corda. There is also a peña by Piquete Típico Cubano with Amigos del danzón, a tour of the Historic Centre, a tribute to architect Daniel Taboada, a reading club on El lobo estepario and children's workshops in singing, drawing and chess.
