What they are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. There are also similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.
What we use
We use two types.
1. Necessary
The cookies and local storage that the website and the Guest Portal need in order to work:

These do not need your permission, because without them the website cannot provide the service you request.
2. Google Analytics cookies, only if you accept them
Only on the public website, never in the Portal, the reservation or the payment. If you select "Accept", we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: the pages you view, where you come from, your browser, your system, your language, the type and model of your device, and your approximate city and country. Google works out the city and the country from your IP address; according to Google, Analytics does not record or store IP addresses. If you select "Reject", nothing from Google is loaded.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process the data in the United States, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. We do not use it for advertising or link it to other Google accounts. We keep the detailed data in Google for 2 months. More information: how Google uses data.
If you withdraw your permission, we delete the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<identifier>) from your browser and stop loading it. The data Google has already received is kept by Google for 2 months and then deleted.
You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the website. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it. We will ask you again after 12 months.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.
Our own statistics
In addition, we count in aggregate which pages are visited, from which country, in which language and with which type of device, where visits come from, which buttons are selected (for example, WhatsApp) and how many reservations are started and completed. We do this on our own server, without cookies and without storing anything on your device, even if you reject Google's cookies. Your IP address and browser type are used only for a moment, to find out your country and to avoid counting you twice on the same day, and they are not stored. The country data comes from DB-IP.
Initial language
The first time you visit, we use the language of your device or browser. If it cannot be determined, we choose that of the country you are connecting from: we use your IP address only for that, at that moment, without storing it for that purpose. You can always change the language.
External links
The WhatsApp button and the links to other websites take you to them only when you select them; those websites have their own policies. The same applies to card payment: it takes place on the page of our payment provider, which has its own cookie policy.
How to delete them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the website or the Portal may not work.
Changes
If we add other cookies that are not necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your permission again.
