Money and exchange

In Cuba, cash is what counts.

Many cards don't work, so bring euros or US dollars in cash for your stay.

• The reservation

  If you book on our website, you pay the full amount by card when you book. The price you see is the final price: there are no taxes or charges on arrival.

• During your stay

  What you order at the house (breakfasts, transfers, activities, minibar, laundry) is paid at the end, in cash: euros, US dollars or Cuban pesos. In your Portal you can see the prices in euros or in US dollars. If you need to pay by card or bank transfer, that's possible too, with a surcharge that you'll see before you choose.
