D'Viajeros is the official online form that Cuba requires before you arrive in the country. According to the official website, it opens 72 hours before your arrival in Cuba and it's mandatory to complete it 48 hours in advance, because airlines operating in Cuba check it before boarding. Have it done before going to the airport.
